SLAM REPORTS FINAL GOLD RESULTS ON RESERVE CREEK

SLAM is drilling for gold to follow up on a very successful drilling program  completed  in 2008.  The 2008 program included gold intercepts in all six holes drilled at Reserve Creek, a new gold discovery drilled at Keezhik and confirmed a historic gold occurrence at Miminiska.

SLAM plans additional drilling to follow up a successful 20 hole drilling program on its Silverjack project.  Assays range up to 653 g/t (19.05 oz/ton) silver, 2.69% copper, 14.60% zinc and 12.80% lead.

Silverjack is adjacent to SLAM's wholly owned  Nash Creek deposit, the subject of a  43-101 compliant resource estimate published by Wardrop Engineering in 2009.  Let the drill bit do the talking!

Highlights

Drilling High Grade Gold
All three holes at Reserve Creek hit significant gold intervals ranging up to 274 g/t (7.99 oz/ton) over 0.5 m.  SLAM also drilled significant gold intercepts at Miminiska, Keezhik and the Opikeigen Joint Venture.

High Grade Silver Detected
Drilling results from the 20 hole program include intervals ranging up to 19 oz/t silver (653 g/t). Additional drilling planned.

New Resource Estimate
SLAM recently reported a new 43-101 compliant estimate by Wardrop Engineering for the Nash Creek Deposit.

 Latest Bathurst Mining Camp Discovery
